When one knows that they are at the point where feelings are rising, that is the time to recognize that something is going on, not necessarily the time to act on those emotions. When we had children, none of them came out with a manual. Most of our parenting skills are learned as we grow up and it stands to reason that we do what we know without thinking. The parenting lessons we provide give one some tools that have been proven over time. Now the participants get new tools to address the difficult process of raising there children in a healthy, positive way that can benefit the entire family.
